The 3 Pillars of Health: Fitness, Food, Sleep

Your Best HIIT Workout

I’m often asked what is the best HIIT workout.

I don’t blame anyone for wanting the best.

When I go shopping, I always want to know what is the best product available.

I figure there’s no reason why I shouldn’t get the best.

After all, I deserve it. 🙂

I think the same thing is true for you. If you want to do an HIIT workout, I think you deserve the best HIIT workout.

Define Best

There aren’t always objective standards to define “best.”

Sometimes you have to balance different factors and make compromises.

However, when it comes to finding the best HIIT workout I think we can set some clear standards that will make it easier for you to decide which HIIT routine will be best for you.

Less Time

save time with HIIT

I assume that you’re a busy adult.

You want to get fit and lose weight, but you don’t have hours to spend in the gym every day.

You want an HIIT workout program that will not take a lot of time for each workout.

Quick Results

You want to quickly lose weight and burn fat.

However, you’re realistic and know that a crash diet is not the right approach for long-term results.

You realize that the extra weight you added over the years will not come off in just one or two weeks.

Lasting Results

no yo-yo diets wanted

You want permanent weight loss. You don’t want to be like some Hollywood celebs and take off weight and immediately put it back on.

No human yo-yo for you.

You know that for long-term results you need a real lifestyle change, not just a quick fix.

No Special Equipment

Some workout plans require you to use special equipment.

Sure, you could buy a treadmill or an elliptical machine, but it would be better and simpler to not need such devices.

Workout Anywhere

I read recently that most people with a gym membership stop going to the gym after only two months!

I just did a Google search: how do I force myself to go to the gym?

You know what, Google found over 14 million results!

Why would you want to force yourself to go someplace you hate so much?

I think it’s better to find a workout plan that you can do anywhere.

I like to workout at home. There’s many days when I wouldn’t want to go to the gym but it’s easy to put on my workout clothes at home.

Low Injury Risk

Each year many men and women injury themselves while trying to get more fit.

It’s important to choose a workout that minimizes your chance of injury.

Let’s face it, you probably can’t workout while you’re recovering from an injury.

You even risk losing the fitness you gained while you’re in recovery.

Low Cost

All things being equal, the less you have to pay for a fitness program, the better it is.

I’m sure you don’t mind paying for a quality product or service.

But, why would you want to pay more than is necessary?
