1 cup spinach
You can add some chia or flax seeds for an extra nutrition boost.
Linda Wagner on her blog suggests this super simple smoothie:
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup frozen mango
a couple handfuls of spinach
She suggests that you only add enough water to blend and get the consistency you want.
Great for weight loss, digestive health, supporting the immune system, and as a healthy and filling snack. After a couple of weeks you’ll have that ‘Glow’ – glowing skin, hair, nails, even eyes get brighter! Who doesn’t want that?!
Green Tea Smoothie

1/2 granny smith apples
1 celery ribs (chopped)
12 ozs green tea (brewed with 2 teabags)
1 tbsp fresh mint
1/2 cup broccoli sprouts
1/2 cup watercress
1 cup ice cubes
