The TT Home Workout Revolution

The workout program that my wife and I have been using for over a year is the Home Workout Revolution (HWR).

What I love most about HWR are the follow-along videos. HWR has about 90 videos of bodyweight routines that you can do anywhere.

In each video Craig or one of his assistants do a short HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout. Most often they are using the 20-10 system, which mean 20 seconds of intense activity with a 10 second rest and recovery interval.

During each workout video, Craig explains the exercises and gives practical tips about how to do them the best way. Also, there are bells telling you when to stop and start each exercise.

I love these videos because it’s easy to learn how to do new exercises.

When I’m not sure how to do a new movement, I watch the video closely. Once I’m comfortable with the movement, then I can do the routine without closely watching the video. And I still get the benefit of Craig’s coaching as he explains what to be careful of during the routine.

Results From Using HWR

When my wife and I purchased HWR, we decided to start with the beginner level videos.

We were already in pretty good shape, but we were new to bodyweight exercises.

HWR is meant to take you from being an HIIT beginner to being a fit person who can do the advanced HIIT workouts.

That’s how my wife and I started.

After we finished the 12-week program, we decided to go through the 20-10 Workouts in order. That is, for one week we did 20-10 Workout #1. We did the workout 3 times during the week.

The next week we did 20-10 Workout #2 three times. And so on…

It doesn’t matter what your current level of fitness happens to be, you’ll find workouts in the HWR system that will challenge you and help you progress to the next level.

You should only do HIIT workouts 2 – 4 times a week. From the very beginning you should start feeling more fit and getting better sleep.

Soon after that you’ll notice that you’re burning body fat, losing weight, and developing lean muscles.

Is HWR For You?

The Home Workout Revolution is not merely a quick weight loss gimmick. If you do the workouts, then you should lose weight. However, if your only goal is to lose 20 pounds in two weeks, then this is not the system for you.
